Job Purpose
Manage customer enquiries and CRM leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Convert enquiries into confirmed service bookings and support repeat business through structured follow-ups.
Maintain disciplined CRM management, customer communication, and achievement of booking, conversion, and sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Arabic speaker required.
- Calling experience required.
Key Responsibilities
- Review CRM data daily, including new enquiries, customer details, previous services, booking history, pending leads, and scheduled follow-ups.
- Contact existing and potential customers through outbound and inbound calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Provide accurate information on services, pricing, promotions, and appointment availability.
- Convert enquiries, CRM leads, and follow-up opportunities into confirmed appointments.
- Follow up with customers who have enquired but have not confirmed their booking.
- Re-engage previous customers to generate repeat bookings and support retention.
- Verify service requirements, appointment details, location, vehicle details, and contact information before confirming bookings.
