Role Description
Full-time General Manager role based on-site at the Dubai service center.
The role oversees daily operations, service delivery, workflow, resource allocation, and customer experience.
The General Manager coordinates roadside assistance teams across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman.
Operational Responsibilities
- Lead and coach teams, set performance targets, monitor operational metrics, and ensure safety and quality standards.
- Optimize schedules, service coverage, workflow, and resource allocation.
- Manage budgets, contribute to business planning, and support operational decision-making.
- Support marketing and customer engagement initiatives and build growth-oriented partnerships.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations or general management within automotive services, transportation, or a related industry.
- Leadership, people management, customer service, scheduling, logistics, and resource planning experience.
- Ability to analyze operational data, track KPIs, and implement process improvements.
- Competence in budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, communication, and partner collaboration.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards for automotive and roadside assistance services.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, automotive engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other UAE-used languages are advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Dubai and occasionally travel within the UAE.
