Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Call Center Representative role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role responds to incoming calls, records service requests, and coordinates with roadside and service center teams.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about available services.
- Log case details and service requests into internal systems.
- Follow up on cases to support customer satisfaction.
- Handle basic troubleshooting questions and manage call queues.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments.
- Maintain clear communication, follow company procedures, and support a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer support, including handling inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a call center or similar environment.
