Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Call Center Representative role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The representative responds to calls, records service requests, and coordinates timely assistance with roadside and service center teams.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries, provide accurate service information, and log case details in internal systems.
- Coordinate with roadside and service center teams and follow up to support customer satisfaction.
- Handle basic troubleshooting questions, manage call queues, and escalate complex issues.
- Maintain clear communication, follow company procedures, and support a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform customer service representative duties and deliver high customer satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centered communication and problem-solving approach.
- Experience handling inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a call center or similar environment.
- Computer literacy with call center software, CRM tools, email, and basic office applications.
- Clear and professional spoken and written English; Arabic or additional languages are advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple calls and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Automotive or roadside assistance experience is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or customer service training is a plus.
