- Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Self motivated, confident, and eager to learn

Job Summary
- Hausfit Technical Services is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to support our business development and sales activities.
- This internship offers hands on experience in lead generation, client communication, CRM management, and sales operations within the technical services, maintenance, fit out, and renovation industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential leads through online research, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Assist the sales team in contacting prospective clients via calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication with leads.
- Prepare sales reports, lead tracking sheets, and market research data.
- Support proposal preparation, quotations, and client presentations.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams when required.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Self motivated, confident, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
