About the Role

- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Identify and qualify prospects using cold, warm, and hot leads
- Consult with customers to understand needs and recommend value added services
- Present tailored proposals and maintain professional communication
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales outcomes in CRM
- Provide actionable feedback to sales management
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors' offerings
- Conduct sales activities with professionalism and integrity
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 4 to 5 years of proven experience in inside sales or telesales
- Experience in selling used cars, car insurances, service/warranties, insurance and car financing is a plus
- Proficient in CRM platforms
- Familiarity with the automotive market and value added services
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills
- Highly organized with aggressive follow up capabilities
- Ability to manage and maintain high call volumes
