About the Role
We are hiring an enthusiastic Automotive Sales Executive to manage car sales in Abu Dhabi. You will act as a mediator between buyers and sellers, conduct field viewings, and drive revenue through strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients (sellers and buyers)
- Present car features and conduct test drives during field viewings
- Work with finance, insurance, and transfer teams to ensure successful vehicle transfer
- Identify customer needs before making recommendations
- Assist clients with queries via phone and email during viewings
- Understand the motors market and its various audiences
- Follow up with buyers and sellers to improve closing ratio
- Promote various models as per buyer interest
- Understand inspection reports and explain vehicle condition, service, warranty, and history to customers
- Share inspection reports with buyers
- Update viewings and add comments on the system accurately and on time
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience as a field representative/account manager in UAE, preferably in motors industry
- Experience using CRM software/apps (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Strong closing skills
- Strong customer service attitude and drive for success
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel

About the Role
- We are looking to hire enthusiastic and driven Field Sales Representatives to manage our car sales.
- They will be part of our Cars segment and will meet buyers and sellers to generate revenue through car sales.
- We are looking for strong negotiators with excellent communication skills and ability to drive sales.
In this role, you will:
- Build strong relationship with our clients (Sellers and buyers)
- Present the cars features and demonstration (test drive) during field viewings
- Work closely with our finance, insurance and transfer team to ensure success of vehicle transfer
- Identifying customer's needs before making recommendations
- Assist with clients queries and questions via phone, email during the viewings
- Understand the motors market and its various audiences
- Follow up with buyers and sellers to improve the closing ratio
- Promote various models as per the interest of the buyers
- Understand the inspection report before starting your viewings and explain to the customers the vehicle condition, service, warranty and history professionally
- Share the inspection report with our buyers
- Update the viewings and add the comments on the system accurately and on time
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience as a field representative /account manager in UAE (Preferred within the Motors industry)
- Experience using CRM software/Apps (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Strong closing skills
- Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively & efficiently
- Well versed in customer services and training techniques with the ability to learn quickly
- Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to hit the road to meet new and existing clients
