Candidate Profile
- The ideal candidate should have experience and knowledge of welding machines, equipment, cutting tools, power tools, and welding accessories.
- The candidate should be capable of assisting customers in selecting suitable products.
Sales and Customer Service
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide product information and recommendations.
- Promote and sell welding machines, equipment, cutting tools, power tools, and welding accessories.
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and handle billing transactions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
Store and Sales Operations
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment with store and procurement teams.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and the showroom or shop is well maintained.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Stay updated on product specifications, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
