Role Overview
Support technical documentation, purchase order processing, logistics coordination, and communication between internal departments and suppliers.
The role focuses on technical documents and purchasing activities, preferably involving power tools, equipment, and related products.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage technical documentation for power tools, equipment, and related products.
- Prepare, process, and follow up on purchase orders and ensure related documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, logistics teams, and internal departments to support timely delivery.
- Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, shipping documents, invoices, and procurement requirements.
- Maintain records of purchase orders, technical documents, quotations, deliveries, and supplier communications.
- Communicate order requirements, technical details, delivery schedules, and documentation matters to suppliers and internal teams.
- Support logistics activities, including shipment follow-ups and documentation.
Requirements
- Ability to understand and manage technical documentation.
- Familiarity with power tools, equipment, and related products is preferred.
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers, vendors, logistics teams, and internal departments.
- Effective communication regarding order requirements, technical details, delivery schedules, and documentation.
