Role Overview
Provide hands-on installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial kitchen equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain hot and cold kitchen equipment.
- Handle chillers, freezers, dishwashers, glass washers, gas cooking equipment, and ovens.
- Diagnose faults and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Assist with installation and setup of new kitchen equipment.
- Ensure all equipment functions safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment.
- Ability to repair and maintain hot and cold kitchen equipment.
- Ability to diagnose equipment faults and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ability to install and set up new kitchen equipment.
- Ability to ensure equipment functions safely and efficiently.
