Role Overview
Manage the efficient day-to-day operation of the camp and ensure accommodation, catering, housekeeping, maintenance, and welfare services meet company standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for camp residents.
Camp Operations
- Manage accommodation, housekeeping, laundry, catering, maintenance, security, and recreational facilities.
- Oversee room allocation, occupancy records, check-in and check-out processes, inventory control, and camp supplies.
- Conduct regular inspections of accommodation, kitchens, dining areas, and common facilities.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Supervision and Compliance
- Supervise camp personnel, coordinate work schedules, monitor performance, and enforce company policies and camp rules.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality, and food hygiene standards.
- Address resident concerns and coordinate emergency response procedures.
Stakeholder Coordination and Reporting
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure uninterrupted camp services.
- Maintain accurate operational records and prepare daily and monthly reports.
- Monitor service quality and recommend improvements to camp efficiency and resident satisfaction.
Requirements
- Ability to manage accommodation, catering, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and welfare services in a camp environment.
- Ability to supervise personnel, coordinate schedules, monitor performance, and enforce operational policies and camp rules.
- Ability to maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality, and food hygiene standards.
- Ability to maintain operational records, prepare reports, and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
