Position: QA/QC Officer.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and approve raw materials, including nuts, spices, and packaging materials.
- Check COA, moisture, aflatoxin, microbiology, and other quality parameters.
- Monitor sorting, roasting, seasoning, and packing production processes.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, and HACCP requirements.
- Monitor allergen control, hygiene, pest control, and cross-contamination.
- Conduct in-process and finished-product quality inspections.
- Verify weight, packaging, labelling, coding, and shelf life.
- Manage non-conformities, corrective actions, and product release.
- Maintain QC records, traceability, and laboratory reports.
- Support UAE regulatory, customer, and food-safety audits.
Requirements
- Experience or capability in quality control and food-safety inspection of raw materials, production processes, packaging, and finished products.
- Knowledge of GMP, GHP, and HACCP requirements.
- Ability to evaluate COA, moisture, aflatoxin, microbiology, and other quality parameters.
- Ability to manage non-conformities, corrective actions, product release, QC records, and traceability documentation.
- Ability to support regulatory, customer, and food-safety audits.
