Job Summary

  • Arabian Tide Shipping FZE is seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding to join our growing team.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven UAE experience in freight forwarding sales, a strong customer network, and the ability to generate new business while managing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
  • Generate sales leads and convert prospects into long term customers.
  • Promote the company's freight forwarding and logistics services, including air freight, sea freight, land transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, and project logistics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and business partners.
  • Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments and exceptional customer service.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular client visits and market research to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer activity updates.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics Sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
  • Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, land transportation, customs clearance, and warehousing services.
  • Existing customer base and strong business network in the UAE will be an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self motivated, target driven, and customer focused.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Arabic speaking candidates will have an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken).
