About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market
- Generate sales leads and convert prospects into long term customers
- Promote the company's freight forwarding and logistics services, including air freight, sea freight, land transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, and project logistics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and business partners
- Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales opportunities
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments and exceptional customer service
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct regular client visits and market research to identify business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer activity updates
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics Sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
- Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, land transportation, customs clearance, and warehousing services
- Existing customer base and strong business network in the UAE will be an advantage
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and customer focused
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- Arabic speaking candidates will have an added advantage
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)

Job Summary
