Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced and motivated Arabic Speaking Sales Executive to join our freight forwarding team.
  • The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting international freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services.
  • Generate leads and acquire new customers through market research, cold calling, networking, and client visits.
  • Promote services including sea freight, air freight, land transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, and logistics solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular follow ups with clients and provide updates on sales activities.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and pipeline updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics industry.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding processes and shipping terms.
  • Existing customer network in logistics/shipping is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • UAE market experience and valid UAE driving license preferred.
