- Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services
- Generate leads and acquire new customers through market research, cold calling, networking, and client visits
- Promote services including sea freight, air freight, land transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, and logistics solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions
- Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and successfully close sales opportunities
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain regular follow ups with clients and provide updates on sales activities
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and pipeline updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics industry
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding processes and shipping terms
- Existing customer network in logistics/shipping is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- UAE market experience and valid UAE driving license preferred

Job Summary
