About the Role

- Manage import and export customs clearance processes
- Prepare, review, and submit customs documentation through relevant UAE government portals
- Coordinate with Customs, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other government authorities
- Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and company policies
- Track shipments and resolve customs clearance issues to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customs and PRO documentation
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to support smooth operations
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in Customs Clearance and PRO operations
- Strong knowledge of UAE Customs procedures and government regulations
- Experience using customs and government online portals
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- DG (Dangerous Goods) Certification will be an advantage
- Arabic speaking candidates will have an added advantage

Overview
