About the Role

Responsibilities
- Obtain and negotiate competitive freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, transport companies, and overseas agents
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for customers for import, export, cross trade, and project cargo shipments
- Maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, airlines, and logistics partners
- Monitor freight market trends, carrier updates, surcharges, and capacity changes
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of quoted shipments
- Manage pricing for Sea Freight (FCL, LCL, Breakbulk, Ro Ro), Air Freight, Land Transportation, Cross Trade, Project Cargo, Dangerous Goods, Charter Flights, Vessel Charter Services
- Analyze freight costs and prepare cost sheets to ensure profitability
- Source special equipment and solutions for oversized, heavy lift, and project cargo shipments
- Coordinate with overseas agents for destination charges and international pricing support
- Prepare and update customer tariff sheets and contract rates
- Ensure timely submission of quotations and tender responses
- Negotiate annual contracts and spot rates with carriers and service providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE freight forwarding and logistics pricing experience
- Experience in freight quotation, carrier negotiations, and tender management
- Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding and logistics
- Extensive experience dealing directly with shipping lines and airlines
- Strong understanding of import and export pricing
- Experience in FCL, LCL, Air Freight, Breakbulk, and Project Cargo pricing
- Knowledge of vessel chartering and aircraft chartering
- Understanding of freight market trends and carrier pricing structures
- Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade practices
- Experience preparing commercial quotations and cost analyses
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

Job Summary
- Arabian Tide Shipping FZE is seeking an experienced and proactive Pricing Executive to manage freight pricing, rate negotiations, carrier relationships, and quotation management for sea, air, land, and project cargo shipments.
- The ideal candidate must possess strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and hands on experience dealing directly with shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, agents, and logistics service providers.

Preferred Shipping Line & Airline Exposure
- Experience dealing with major shipping lines such as Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, Hapag Lloyd, ONE, COSCO Shipping
- Experience dealing with major airlines and cargo operators for freight quotations and charter requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE freight forwarding and logistics pricing experience
- Experience in freight quotation, carrier negotiations, and tender management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
