About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new corporate, government, travel agency, and leisure business opportunities
- Promote hotel rooms, meeting facilities, events, and F&B services to potential clients
- Conduct sales calls, client visits, and presentations to generate business
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and quotations
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed business
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts
- Handle customer requests, complaints, and inquiries professionally
- Conduct regular client visits to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Organize site inspections and hotel tours for prospective clients
- Participate in hotel promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and networking events
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4 star or 5 star hotel
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship building abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel sales systems
- Fluent in English
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred

Qualifications & Requirements

Compensation
- Pay: QAR5,000.00 QAR6,000.00 per month
