- Supervise daily restaurant operations and service activities

- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards throughout the outlet
- Assist in coordinating staff schedules and daily assignments

- Monitor service quality and address guest concerns in a professional manner
- Assist in implementing promotional activities and special events
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and health regulations

Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment
- Supervisory experience in Food & Beverage operations is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and customer service standards
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field (preferred)

Job Overview
- We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to support the daily operations of our Food & Beverage outlet.
