- Oversee daily operations within the Food & Beverage service areas
- Guide and support service staff during shifts to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond appropriately to service related concerns
- Assist with staff training and ongoing performance development
- Coordinate service activities with kitchen and other operational departments
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures
- Support roster planning and manpower allocation based on operational needs
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service readiness of all F&B outlets
- Assist in controlling operating supplies and reporting inventory requirements
- Prepare operational reports and communicate service updates to management
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage operations
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Good communication and guest relations abilities
- Understanding of restaurant and hotel service procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Professional attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays
- Experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment (preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (preferred)
- Ability to train and motivate team members effectively (preferred)

About the Role
- Plaza Inn Hotel is looking for a dedicated and experienced F&B Service Supervisor to support the day to day operations of our Food & Beverage outlets.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining service standards, supervising team members, and ensuring guests receive a high quality dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
