About the Role

  • We are looking for a dynamic and results oriented Female Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the hotel's services.
  • This role requires a proactive professional passionate about hospitality sales and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences while achieving revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business from corporate companies, government organizations, travel agencies, and other market segments.
  • Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, conferences, events, and Food & Beverage services.
  • Conduct sales meetings, client visits, presentations, and networking activities to secure new business.
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and contracts for prospective clients.
  • Follow up on inquiries promptly and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain long term relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
  • Conduct regular client visits to strengthen business partnerships.
  • Arrange hotel site inspections and familiarization tours for prospective customers.
  • Address client concerns professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the hotel at exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a 4 star or 5 star property.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship building and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel reservation or sales systems.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or any additional language will be considered an advantage.
  • A valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
