Responsibilities
- Generate new business from corporate companies, government organizations, travel agencies, and other market segments
- Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, conferences, events, and Food & Beverage services
- Conduct sales meetings, client visits, presentations, and networking activities to secure new business
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and contracts for prospective clients
- Follow up on inquiries promptly and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with existing clients and key accounts
- Conduct regular client visits to strengthen business partnerships
- Arrange hotel site inspections and familiarization tours for prospective customers
- Address client concerns professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Represent the hotel at exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities, and prepare sales performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 3 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a 4 star or 5 star property
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent relationship building and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel reservation or sales systems
- Fluent in English; Arabic or any additional language is an advantage
- Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred

About the Role
- We are looking for a dynamic and results oriented Female Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the hotel's services.
- This role requires a proactive professional passionate about hospitality sales and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences while achieving revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business from corporate companies, government organizations, travel agencies, and other market segments.
- Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, conferences, events, and Food & Beverage services.
- Conduct sales meetings, client visits, presentations, and networking activities to secure new business.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a 4 star or 5 star property.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship building and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel reservation or sales systems.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or any additional language will be considered an advantage.
- A valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
