Plaza Inn Hotel – Doha, Qatar

Plaza Inn Hotel is looking for a creative and results-driven **E-Marketing Executive** to join our Sales & Marketing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the hotel’s digital presence, online promotions, social media platforms, and digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the hotel website with accurate content, promotions, and images.
  • Handle all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
  • Create engaging digital content such as posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns through:
  • Meta Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Monitor and improve online visibility through basic SEO practices.
  • Coordinate with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) to ensure accurate hotel content, photos, rates, and promotions.
  • Support room promotions, F&B campaigns, seasonal offers, and hotel events through digital marketing activities.
  • Design or coordinate marketing materials including banners, posters, emailers, and online creatives.
  • Monitor competitor activity and digital market trends.
  • Track digital performance metrics including engagement, reach, website traffic, and conversions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for promotional activities and branding support.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (hospitality experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of social media management and digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads is mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and website content management.
  • Creative mindset with strong communication and content writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Photography and videography knowledge is an advantage.
  • Experience in hotel marketing and OTA management preferred.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
