Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries to understand customer needs and recommend suitable Battmobile services
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales opportunities
- Promote Battmobile’s automotive services, packages, and offers to existing and potential customers
- Explain service benefits, pricing, and solutions clearly to customers
- Upsell and cross sell relevant services based on customer requirements
- Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow ups
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Achieve individual sales targets, conversion goals, and performance KPIs
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide effective solutions
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher; degree in Sales, Business, or Marketing is an advantage
- Experience in sales, telesales, inbound and outbound sales, customer service, or call center roles
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Customer focused mindset with ability to build positive relationships
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Target driven, motivated, and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Good computer skills and experience using CRM systems is preferred
- Automotive or service industry experience is an added advantage

- The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, a customer focused approach, and experience in telesales, inbound sales, or service based industries.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries to understand customer needs and recommend suitable Battmobile services.
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales opportunities.
- Promote Battmobile’s automotive services, packages, and offers to existing and potential customers.

What We’re Looking For
