- Maintain clear communication with technicians providing updates on estimated arrival times and delays
- Collaborate with technicians, customer service teams, and management to streamline operations
- Quickly respond to urgent service requests and dispatch appropriate technician
- Utilize efficient and cost effective routes to minimize fuel consumption and travel time
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched jobs, technician availability, and customer locations
- Effectively resolve scheduling conflicts or unforeseen issues during dispatch
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a dispatcher or similar role
- Exceptional knowledge of UAE locations, routes, and traffic patterns
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem solving abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and schedules
- Fluency in English

Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and efficient Dispatcher to allocate onsite technicians to customer locations.
