Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers to promote Battmobile's products and services
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions and service packages
- Generate sales through inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to maximize conversion rates
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Accurately record customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in CRM system
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve concerns in a timely manner
- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports as required by management
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Sales, Tele Sales, Customer Service, Call Center, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer oriented mindset with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in performance driven environment
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Fluency in English required

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers to promote Battmobile's products and services.

Requirements

- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work in a performance driven environment.
- Strong persuasive and closing skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Knowledge of Arabic, Tagalog, Hindi, Urdu, or other languages is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
