Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR related documents
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and medical requirements with the PRO
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR related queries
- Review attendance records, timesheets, and overtime reports
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the Finance team to ensure timely salary processing
- Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace activities
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and grievances
- Post vacancies on job portals and social media platforms
- Screen and shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Coordinate employee exit formalities, clearances, and asset handovers
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, Administration, or Recruitment
- Basic understanding of UAE Labour Law and employment documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Fluent in English; Hindi and/or Arabic is an advantage

Key Responsibilities
