- Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Crunchbase, and other platforms
- Research companies and identify key decision makers
- Personalize outreach based on industry, role, and business needs
- Execute high volume outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video messaging
- Conduct 30 40 cold calls per day and manage 60 100 daily outreach activities
- Handle objections professionally and build rapport quickly
- Build and manage multi touch outreach sequences with 5 10 touchpoints
- Test and optimize subject lines, messaging, call scripts, and CTAs
- Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
- Partner with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoffs
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Outbound Sales, or Lead Generation
- Experience with cold calling and email outreach
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms like Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, HubSpot Sequences
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized, resilient, and results oriented
- Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours
- 2 4 years of SDR or BDR experience with quota attainment (preferred)
- Experience selling into B2B SaaS, marketing services, professional services, or technology companies (preferred)
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or Sandler (preferred)

About the Role
- We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting.
- You’ll identify target accounts, engage decision makers through multi channel outreach, and generate qualified meetings for the sales team.
- You’ll serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers and play a critical role in revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Crunchbase, and other prospecting platforms.
- Research companies and identify key decision makers.
- Personalize outreach based on industry, role, and business needs.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of outbound opportunities.
- Execute high volume outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video messaging.
- Conduct 30–40 cold calls per day and manage 60–100 daily outreach activities.
- Handle objections professionally and confidently.
- Build rapport quickly and generate interest in company solutions.
- Build and manage multi touch outreach sequences.
- Execute 5–10 touchpoint campaigns across multiple channels.
- Test and optimize subject lines, messaging, call scripts, and CTAs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
Must Have Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Outbound Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and sales engagement platforms.
- Familiarity with Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, HubSpot Sequences.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized, resilient, and results oriented.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2–4 years of SDR or BDR experience with a track record of quota attainment.
- Experience selling into B2B SaaS, marketing services, professional services, or technology companies.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or Sandler.
- Experience targeting mid market or enterprise accounts.
