SKYLIFE HOLIDAYS is seeking a Sales Consultant for a customer-facing sales role in Dubai.
The role focuses on customer service, relationship building, lead conversion, and meeting sales targets.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or sales is required.
- Previous customer-facing sales experience is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, relationship-building, follow-up, and lead-conversion skills are required.
- English and Arabic proficiency are required.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM or booking systems are required.
- Knowledge of travel products and destinations and additional languages are advantageous.
- A professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic are expected.
Work Location
- The work location is in person in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer-facing sales for travel and related products.
- Communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions.
- Negotiate with customers and support sales conversion.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Meet sales targets while maintaining strong customer service.
- Use CRM or booking systems and computer tools to manage sales activity.
