Core Requirements
- At least two years of travel agent experience in the UAE.
- At least two years of B2C sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of holiday packages, destinations, hotels, tours, and travel services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle leads, prepare quotations, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Strong follow-up and upselling or cross-selling skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is also listed as required in the language section.
- Previous UAE travel agency experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is advantageous.
