Role Overview
Sales Agent role focused on travel, tourism, holiday packages, and travel services.
The position requires sales performance against monthly targets and customer inquiry conversion.
Responsibilities
- Handle leads, prepare quotations, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up with customers and perform upselling and cross-selling.
- Provide customer service and manage customer relationships.
- Work in a fast-paced, target-oriented sales environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of travel and tourism or holiday sales experience.
- Two years of B2B sales experience is required.
- Two years of UAE travel agent experience is stated as required in the experience section.
- Strong communication, negotiation, sales closing, customer service, and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
- Excellent English communication skills and Arabic language capability.
Preferred Skills
- Previous UAE travel agency experience is preferred in one section.
- GDS knowledge such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is advantageous.
Work Location
- Work location is in person.
