Role Overview
Sales Agent role focused on travel, tourism, holiday packages, and related services.
The role requires target-oriented sales work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in travel and tourism, holiday sales, hospitality, or sales.
- Proven sales experience and achievement of monthly targets.
- Strong knowledge of holiday packages, destinations, hotels, tours, and travel services.
- Excellent English communication skills and required Arabic language skills.
- Previous UAE travel agency experience is preferred.
- GDS knowledge such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle leads, prepare quotations, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up with customers and perform upselling and cross-selling.
- Provide customer service and manage customer relationships.
- Use CRM systems and MS Office in daily sales work.
