- Minimum 2 years of experience in Travel & Tourism / Holiday Sales.
- Proven experience in sales and achieving monthly targets.
- Strong knowledge of holiday packages, destinations, hotels, tours, and travel services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle leads, prepare quotations, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Strong follow-up and upselling/cross-selling skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Previous UAE travel agency experience is preferred.
- GDS knowledge such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an advantage.
- Highly motivated, confident, professional, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.
- UAE experience is preferred.
