Role Overview
Sell travel and holiday services in a target-oriented sales environment.
The role is based in Dubai and requires in-person work.
Core Responsibilities
- Handle leads, prepare quotations, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers and perform upselling or cross-selling.
- Provide customer service and manage customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in travel and tourism or holiday sales.
- Two years of B2B sales experience.
- Two years of travel agent experience in the UAE.
- Arabic is required.
- Strong knowledge of holiday packages, destinations, hotels, tours, and travel services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.
Systems and Languages
- Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is advantageous.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
