The Sales Associate supports sales activities and delivers an excellent customer experience.
The role engages customers, presents suitable products or services, and supports the sales process through follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Build customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate product information.
- Contribute to sales and business targets and identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain customer records and monitor sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support effective service delivery.
Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related discipline is required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills are required.
- Applicants should understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- A positive, professional, customer-focused attitude is required.
- Good organizational, time-management, attention-to-detail, and prioritization skills are required.
- Applicants should work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Comfort with sales systems, CRM tools, and basic business software is required.
- A self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and target-oriented approach is required.
