Role Description
Leads customer relationship management initiatives to strengthen engagement, retention, loyalty, and customer value.
Develops customer-focused strategies and works across teams to deliver consistent experiences and measurable business outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
- Develops and executes CRM strategies across the customer lifecycle.
- Manages customer segmentation and personalized customer journeys.
- Optimizes personalized campaigns across relevant channels.
- Analyzes customer behavior and campaign performance.
- Identifies growth opportunities using data-driven insights.
- Coordinates with marketing, sales, product, and analytics teams.
- Supports consistent customer experiences and measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of CRM strategies, customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and retention.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation, customer analytics, and campaign management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret customer and campaign data.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
