Role overview
Lead learning and development initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities, engagement, and organizational performance.
Translate business needs into practical development solutions in partnership with business leaders and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify learning needs and develop training strategies.
- Coordinate training programs and support leadership development.
- Promote continuous learning and establish frameworks to measure learning outcomes.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and align development initiatives with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles, training methodologies, and talent development.
- Ability to conduct training needs analysis and develop structured learning programs.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, interpersonal, project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, digital learning tools, and training evaluation methods.
- Strong analytical skills to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.
