Role overview
Lead organizational development initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, employee capability, culture, and business performance.
Assess organizational needs and implement people and organizational strategies that support growth and transformation.
Responsibilities
- Work with leadership and cross-functional teams on organizational design and talent development.
- Support performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and change management.
- Analyze organizational data, identify capability gaps, and develop practical improvement solutions.
- Improve collaboration, productivity, and employee experience through organizational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of organizational development, talent management, performance management, and change management.
- Ability to analyze organizational needs and translate insights into practical initiatives.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, analytical, communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with organizational design, employee engagement, succession planning, and competency frameworks.
