Role Overview
The CRM Manager will lead customer relationship management initiatives and strengthen customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
The role is strategic, data-driven, and customer-focused, covering the full customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CRM strategies across the customer lifecycle.
- Manage customer segmentation and customer journeys.
- Optimize personalized campaigns across relevant channels.
- Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance.
- Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights.
- Improve customer value and engagement.
- Work with marketing, sales, product, and analytics teams.
- Support consistent customer experiences and measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of CRM strategies, customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and retention.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation, customer analytics, and campaign management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret customer and campaign data.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
