The Digital Transformation Manager leads initiatives that enhance business performance through technology, digital solutions, and process innovation.
The role involves collaboration with business and technology teams to improve workflows, customer experiences, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Assess existing processes and identify digital opportunities.
- Develop transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Implement solutions with business and technology teams.
- Manage digital transformation projects and evaluate emerging technologies.
- Monitor project outcomes and support organizational change and adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Digital Transformation, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, business process improvement, and technology-driven innovation.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to assess business requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, automation, data analytics, AI, CRM, ERP, or other enterprise technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive organizational adoption of new solutions.
- Strong understanding of digital trends and emerging technologies.
- Strategic, proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset.
