Lead strategic digital transformation initiatives that improve business performance through technology, digital solutions, and process innovation.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to improve workflows, operational efficiency, customer experiences, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Assess existing processes, identify digital opportunities, and develop transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Manage cross-functional digital transformation projects and implement practical technology-enabled solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, monitor project outcomes, and support organizational change and adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Digital Transformation, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, business process improvement, and technology-driven innovation.
- Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, automation, data analytics, AI, CRM, ERP, or other enterprise technologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into digital solutions and drive adoption across cross-functional teams.
- Strategic, proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset.
