What you'll be doing

  • As Sales Manager for KSA, you will be the face of Sol de Janeiro in the Saudi market, owning the in store performance, brand experience, and education. You'll spend most of your time in the field, visiting doors, coaching beauty advisors, driving sell out, and bringing the joyful experiences of Sol

Retail & Sell Out

  • Visit Sephora on a structured cycle to ensure brand standards, visibility, and merchandising excellence.
  • Drive sell out performance against monthly and quarterly targets, identifying opportunities at door level.
  • Monitor stock levels, testers, and visual merchandising compliance, flagging issues to the KAM.
  • Build strong relationships with store managers, beauty advisors, and retailer field teams.

Education

  • Deliver product training and brand storytelling sessions to beauty advisors, both in store and during retailer education days.
  • Coach BAs on the Sol de Janeiro selling techniques, hero products, big bets and seasonal launches.

Consumer Engagement & PR

  • Support consumer facing activations, in store events, and animations across KSA.
  • Provide on ground support for PR events, influencer activations, and brand experiences.
  • Coordinate logistics with retailer marketing teams and external agencies as needed.

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Provide regular sell out reports, competitive intelligence, and field feedback to the KAM in Paris
  • Travel to Dubai for client meetings, regional reviews, and team alignment sessions
  • Represent the voice of the KSA market within the wider Middle East strategy

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in sales or account management within beauty, or premium/luxury FMCG, ideally in KSA and/or UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of the KSA beauty market
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.
  • Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and in store execution skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across KSA and periodically to Dubai
  • Fluent English and Arabic required.
  • Self starter, comfortable working autonomously and reporting to a remote manager
  • Based in KSA; valid driving license.
  • Microsoft Package knowledge.
