What You'Ll Do

  • **Campaign Management**
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute sales campaigns to maximize market impact and revenue growth.
  • **Budget Oversight and Analysis**
  • Monitor campaign budgets, ensure accurate allocation, and provide financial analysis to optimize spending.
  • **Promotion Performance Analysis**
  • Track and evaluate promotional activities, generating reports to measure ROI and effectiveness.
  • **Strategic Collaborations with Customers**
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring alignment on promotional strategies and objectives.
  • **KPI Management**
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators to ensure sales targets and operational goals are met.
  • What you must have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • + 2 years in sales administration, campaign management, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Nice if you have
  • Experience in FMCG or electronics industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and KPI dashboards.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes.
