What you'll do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth within the Local Market channel.
  • Manage distributors, dealers, and key customers while strengthening long term business relationships.
  • Achieve sales, profitability, and market share targets through effective business planning and execution.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market coverage and revenue streams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and annual business planning with customers and partners.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting, inventory management, and collection performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, SCM, and Finance teams to support business objectives.

What you must have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, channel management, or business development.
  • Proven experience managing distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and business planning skills.
  • Experience in sales forecasting, market analysis, and performance management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Nice if you have

  • Experience in the Consumer Electronics or Home Appliance industry.
  • Knowledge of Saudi retail and local market channels.
  • Experience with market share analysis and business intelligence tools.
  • Existing network within local market distributors and major retailers.
