About the Role
LG Electronics is seeking an Assistant Manager for Data Analytics & Performance Marketing to drive eCommerce growth through data-driven insights and performance marketing. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, D2C, or digital marketing.

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end monitoring and analysis of LG.com website data, including traffic, customer behavior, and overall performance
- Review and analyze LG.com traffic and performance data as the foundation for data driven decision making
- Develop and manage LG.com online promotional marketing calendar, including seasonal campaigns, bundles, add ons, vouchers, and tactical offers
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital performance marketing campaigns for LG.com across paid and owned channels
- Use data analytics to evaluate campaign performance, customer behavior, and funnel efficiency
- Support CRM and retention programs in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate with Corporate Marketing, platform, sales, PSI, and product teams to ensure campaign readiness
- Build and manage the LG.com annual, quarterly, and monthly promotional calendar
- Plan and execute onsite merchandising and campaign placements across LG.com
- Manage media agencies and external vendors for LG.com campaign execution
- Continuously monitor and analyze LG.com key performance metrics
- Conduct in depth data analysis to identify insights and improve campaign effectiveness
Requirements
- 3 5 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, D2C, digital marketing, or commercial online roles
- Strong experience in onsite campaign management, promotions, paid media, and marketing performance analysis
- Masters / bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of digital commerce funnels, campaign planning, media performance, customer acquisition, and retention levers
- Good analytical capability with hands on use of Excel and dashboard tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics
- Digital Marketing Certification
- Google Ads/ Meta Blueprint certification

Position Summary
- The Assistant Manager – Data Analytics & Performance Marketing drives LG.com eCommerce growth through data driven insights and performance marketing execution.
- The role focuses on analyzing website traffic and customer behavior to improve conversion, efficiency, and revenue.
- It manages promotional planning and campaign execution across onsite and paid channels.
- The position also ensures effective CRM support and cross functional alignment for seamless and commercially impactful campaigns.
Principal Responsibilities
- Lead end to end monitoring and analysis of LG.com website data, including traffic, customer behavior, and overall performance, and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting.
- Review and analyze LG.com traffic and performance data as the foundation, ensuring data driven decision making across all onsite and marketing activities.
- Develop and manage LG.com online promotional marketing calendar, including seasonal campaigns, bundles, add ons, vouchers, and tactical offers.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital performance marketing campaigns for LG.com across paid and owned channels, ensuring alignment with traffic, sales, and efficiency objectives, and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Use data analytics to evaluate campaign performance, customer behavior, and funnel efficiency, translating insights into optimization actions.
- Support CRM and retention programs in coordination with relevant stakeholders to enhance customer engagement and repeat purchases.
- Coordinate with Corporate Marketing, platform, sales, PSI, and product teams to ensure campaign readiness, content accuracy, pricing alignment, and stock backed execution.
Key Activities/Elements
- Build and manage the LG.com annual, quarterly, and monthly promotional calendar, aligned with data driven insights, business priorities, and seasonal events.
- Plan and execute onsite merchandising and campaign placements across LG.com (homepage, landing pages, category pages, product pages, and checkout touchpoints) based on traffic and performance analysis.
- Manage media agencies and external vendors for LG.com campaign execution, budget deployment, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
- Continuously monitor and analyze LG.com key performance metrics, including traffic, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, AOV, and promo sell through, and provide regular data driven performance reporting.
- Conduct in depth data analysis starting from LG.com traffic and customer behavior to identify insights, improve campaign effectiveness, and refine future marketing strategies.
- Support CRM journeys and lifecycle communication initiatives in partnership with relevant teams to enhance engagement and retention.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are data backed, operationally feasible, adequately stocked, and system ready.
- Utilize LG.com and analytics systems (e.g., Magento, Google Analytics, CRM tools, Excel, Power BI, or equivalent dashboards) to track and report website, campaign, and customer performance holistically.
Relevant Experience(s) & Duration
- 3 5 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, D2C, digital marketing, or commercial online roles.
- Strong experience in onsite campaign management, promotions, paid media, and marketing performance analysis.
- Experience working with agencies and cross functional teams in a matrix organization is preferred.
- Experience in consumer electronics, durables, omnichannel retail, or large format eCommerce businesses is preferred.
Education, Knowledge and skills
- Masters / bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of digital commerce funnels, campaign planning, media performance, customer acquisition, and retention levers.
- Good analytical capability with hands on use of Excel and dashboard tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with OBS/eCommerce platforms such as Magento and CRM/martech systems is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, vendor management, and execution discipline.
