Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of higher education accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
- Identify upselling, cross selling, and renewal opportunities across Ankabut’s solutions
- Prospect and acquire new clients across the higher education and research sectors
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline aligned with revenue objectives
- Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client needs and recommend strategic solutions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value driven solutions and ensure customer success
- Maintain accurate CRM records for forecasting and performance tracking
- Provide regular updates on account status, opportunities, and risks
Requirements
- UAE National (Family Book required)
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer service
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
- Experience in identifying opportunities and supporting the sales cycle through to closure
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field

- Ankabut is looking for a dynamic Sales Account Manager – Higher Education to join our team and drive growth across universities, colleges, and research institutions.
- Please note that this position is strictly open to UAE Nationals only.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of higher education accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience
- UAE National (Family Book required).
