  • Ankabut is expanding its Continuing Education portfolio and is seeking a motivated and results driven Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth, acquire new customers, and strengthen long term partnerships across the education ecosystem.
  • This position is exclusively open to UAE Nationals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management & Growth: Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts; build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers; identify upselling, cross selling, and account expansion opportunities.
  • New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the Continuing Education sector; maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets; conduct consultative sales engagements to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers; collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful service delivery; position Ankabut as a trusted strategic partner through value driven engagement.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with solutions, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams; maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts; provide regular reports on account performance and business opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • UAE National (Family Book required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self motivated, customer focused, and results oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
