- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes and the digital student experience
- Provide Level 2 & 3 application support while ensuring system reliability, security, and compliance
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and innovation across enterprise applications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Student Information Systems
- Hands on experience with Ellucian Banner 9 (XE) or comparable SIS platform
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, and SaaS solutions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, ITIL are an advantage

Position Overview

- We are looking for an experienced Applications Specialist – Student Systems (Banner) to manage, support, and optimize our Student Information Systems (SIS) and student lifecycle applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Student Information Systems, including Ellucian Banner 9 (XE) and related higher education applications.
- Support Admissions, Registrar, Academic Affairs, Financial Aid, and Student Success platforms.
- Lead system implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, and vendor coordination.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes and the digital student experience.
- Provide Level 2 & 3 application support while ensuring system reliability, security, and compliance.

What We're Looking For
