About the Role
We are hiring an Applications Specialist for Student Systems to manage and support Ellucian Banner 9 and other student information systems. You will lead system implementations, upgrades, and integrations while providing Level 2 & 3 support.

- Manage and support Student Information Systems (SIS), including Ellucian Banner 9 (XE) and other higher education applications
- Support admissions, registrar, academic affairs, financial aid, and student success platforms
- Lead system implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, and vendor coordination
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to enhance the digital student experience
- Provide Level 2 & 3 application support while ensuring system reliability, security, and compliance
- Drive process automation, innovation, and continuous service improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience supporting Student Information Systems
- Hands on experience with Ellucian Banner 9 (XE) or equivalent SIS platforms
- Strong knowledge of application integrations, APIs, SaaS solutions, and enterprise applications
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem solving, and communication skills
- PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, ITIL, or relevant platform certifications are an advantage

- Are you passionate about transforming the student experience through technology? We're looking for an experienced Applications Specialist – Student Systems to join our team.
- In this role, you'll be the subject matter expert for our Student Information Systems (SIS) and student lifecycle applications, ensuring seamless operations, system optimization, and continuous improvement across higher education platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and supporting Student Information Systems (SIS), including Ellucian Banner 9 (XE) and other higher education applications.
- Supporting admissions, registrar, academic affairs, financial aid, and student success platforms.
- Leading system implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, and vendor coordination.

We're looking for candidates with:
