Sales Account Manager – Higher Education
to join our team and drive growth across universities, colleges, and research institutions.
This role will play a key part in strengthening Ankabut’s position as a trusted partner in digital transformation within the education ecosystem.

Account Management & Growth
- Manage a portfolio of higher education accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities across Ankabut’s solutions.
New Business Development
- Prospect and acquire new clients across the higher education and research sectors.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline aligned with revenue goals.
- Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client needs and propose strategic solutions.
Customer Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions and ensure customer success.
- Position Ankabut as a strategic partner in digital transformation, operational enhancement, and improved learning experiences.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with solutions, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM entries for forecasting and performance tracking.
- Provide regular updates on account status, opportunities, and risks.
For Expats
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology sales to Higher Education institutions.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
For Uae Nationals
- 3–5 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Experience in negotiating and closing deals.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
