Sales Account Manager
who will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, acquiring new customers, and strengthening long-term partnerships across the education ecosystem.

Account Management & Growth
- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
New Business Development
- Prospect and acquire new customers across the Continuing Education sector.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with revenue goals.
- Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand customer needs and propose solutions.
Customer Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.
- Position Ankabut as a trusted partner through value-driven engagement.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with solutions, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for forecasting and performance tracking.
- Provide regular reports on account progress and opportunities.
For Expats
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in technology sales within continuing education.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
For Uae Nationals
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
