HSE management
- Implement corporate HSE policy, HSE plans, legislation, targets, and improvement measures.
- Ensure client safety requirements are fulfilled.
- Coordinate with safety managers and contractors to improve and implement HSE management practices.
- Monitor contractors’ safety measures for compliance with legal and client requirements.
Plans, inspections, and controls
- Review site safety plans, emergency plans, method statements, and risk analyses for project activities.
- Monitor hazard control measures and conduct HSE inspections for immediate rectification.
- Review contractors’ monthly HSE inspection reports.
- Review emergency preparedness, permit-to-work systems, toolbox talks, HSE statistics, and contractor records.
